30 Paintings in 30 Days Collage

PicMonkey Collage-2 with wording-smaller to post

Well, obviously there are not 30 paintings here, but I’m quite pleased with most of the 17 I got done. As I did in January, at the recommendation of Leslie Saeta, I used PicMonkey to make the collage, using their free option. They come out nice, are simple to do and there are a surprising number of arrangements and additions you can make there. It’s always fun for me to see a body of my work in one place!

  1. Congratulations on a beautiful month! And on your attempts to stay loose, I struggle with that so much! Happy painting to you

Thank you so much, Sheila-for your comments and for stopping by! Congratulations to you too! I checked out your blog also and I love what you did in the 30 Days challenge; your colors and style completely draw me in! You don’t appear to struggle with looser style, but then again, no one knows how sometimes difficult it is to produce the work you do and/or to retrain yourself after being taught a much tighter, more photorealistic style. If that struggle doesn’t show, I think it’s successful! I hope you come back again! Elaine
